The Story of Our Coffee

Our coffee comes from Typica coffee trees grown in the Sierra Nevada. These trees thrive deep in nature, in a rugged area that can only be reached by a 7–8 hour hike. This region was declared a Biosphere Reserve and a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979.

Sierra Nevada is one of the most unique regions in the world, located in Colombia. Rising to 5,800 meters above sea level and only 42 kilometers from the coast, the mountain's proximity to the sea creates a unique microclimate with higher relative humidity.
