The Story of Our Coffee
Our coffee comes from the Typica coffee trees of Sierra Nevada.
These trees grow deep in nature, in rugged regions accessible only by a 7–8 hour hike. In 1979, UNESCO declared Sierra Nevada a Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site.
The mountains, standing at 5,800 meters high and only 42 km from the sea, give the coffee a distinctive richness and character.
Grown under the shade of native forests, the beans offer a rich and balanced flavor filled with hazelnut and dark chocolate notes.
